Thank you for shopping at Tem Patterns. Because all of our products are digital downloads (PDF files), all sales are final.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered or made available for download.
Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
- You received the wrong file
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem.
