1. Digital Products All products sold by Tem Patterns are digital downloads (PDF files). Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your file(s). No physical items will be shipped.
2. Personal Use License All patterns are sold for personal use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the patterns or any part of them
- Share the files with others
- Use the patterns for commercial production or mass manufacturing
3. Copyright All designs and content are the intellectual property of Tem Patterns and are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution of our files is strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy of Patterns We make every effort to ensure our patterns are accurate and complete. If you encounter an error or issue with a file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
5. Limitation of Liability Tem Patterns is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products, including but not limited to errors in finished projects.
